Can I provisionally hold a date with you?

Here at Mytton Fold, we know that there’s plenty of contributing factors to getting the perfect date for your Wedding day. That’s why we enable all couples to hold a provisional date with us for a period of two weeks, free of charge. This gives you peace of mind to know that your preferred date is secure, whilst you confirm your civil/church ceremony date and time, and research or book any other Wedding suppliers at this stage. If you require any other information about your Wedding during that two-week hold, then our Weddings team will be more than happy to assist.

Is the venue licensed for Civil Ceremonies?

Absolutely! Whether you decide to hold your Civil Ceremony here at Mytton Fold, or opt for a church Ceremony, you will need to book your Civil Ceremony date and time in advance yourselves. We advise that you contact Lancashire County Council to request available time slots on your provisional Wedding date as soon as possible, to ensure you get your preferred ceremony time. Please be aware that there is a fee payable to the Ceremonies office for the registrars to perform the Civil Ceremony here at our venue.
