The new menus promise a mouth-watering selection for guests to choose from such as Marinated Heritage Tomatoes with pickled cucumber and frozen goats cheese, 8 oz. Ribeye of Bowland Beef with plum tomato, garlic field mushroom, watercress and skinny fries, and Apple Tarte Fine served with fresh blackberries, vanilla ice cream and sauce caramel. So whether you’d like a light bite, a hearty dish or a sweet treat there is something for every guest’s taste.
Choose to dine in either the contemporary Lounge Bar or in the luxurious settings of the Restaurant, and during the warm summer months you can even dine al fresco and soak up the views of the Ribble Valley.

From Monday 17 May, we will be reopening the doors to our Restaurant and Lounge Bar for diners of up to six people. We will be serving our much-anticipated Spring Menu which has been developed using the finest local seasonal produce.
We will also be taking hotel booking for leisure stays from Monday 17 May, so if you’re looking for a Spring staycation or a countryside retreat then we look forward to welcoming you to Mytton Fold.
